I normally wear a 13 and that was way too big so I ordered an 11 and a 10 and the ten was snug so I went with that. They do stretch a bit so after a couple weeks it fits perfectly. Overall the rings are the best value I’ve found for silicone rings, my only caveat being the sizing instructions.
