Free Ground Shipping for Orders Over $30

Who doesn’t love free shipping? Get your cart subtotal to $30 or more, and we’ll cover ground shipping for you. Once you hit the $30 threshold, a Free Ground Shipping option is automatically available upon checkout!

All Other Orders: $4.99 flat rate shipping to destinations within the Continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, and/or U.S. territories are a flat rate of $9.99.

Orders shipped to Canada are a flat rate of $9.99

International shipping flat rate $12.99

Most orders for in-stock items placed before 12:00 PM PST M-F will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day. Orders typically take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive but can take up to 10 business days depending on the items ordered and the final destination of the order.

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the package to be scanned and the information to show up in the carrier’s system.

Please thoroughly inspect your order for any damage and notify us of any damaged products within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us via helpdesk@mauirings.com

If you need a different size, don’t worry! Simply fill out the form below and we’ll send you a new size absolutely FREE. For domestic orders, we’ll also include a return shipping label you can use to send back your current ring. For international orders, unfortunately, we can’t print pre-paid return labels but you can send the rings back in a simple envelope for the price of one or two stamps

To ensure the safety of your order, orders over $200 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation. Most couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to us. If you will be unavailable, please arrange a signed note or family member to receive the package.

We ship directly to APO/FPO/DPO & US Territories. Please note the Flat Rate for these addresses is $9.99 on all orders.

MAUI RINGS accept to ship orders to international destinations.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your ring for any reason, you are free to return the item to us up to one year (365 days) after the purchase date in the original, unopened and unused condition it was shipped in.

Refused or returned shipments are subject to a return shipment fee

If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for the same product

If you change your mind about a product, you will be responsible for all shipping charges

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item in your shipment, please contact us via email at helpdesk@mauirings.com and our customer service representatives will authorize a return or replacement. You will not be charged shipping charges for any mistakes we make while preparing your shipment.
